- ➤ McAllen police are seeking 56-year-old Jose Luis Hernandez for failing to update his address as required by his sex offender registry conditions—he did not report his move within seven days as mandated, and a judge issued a warrant for his arrest for a third-degree felony while he is described as 5’08, 200 pounds with dark grey hair, brown eyes, and may be driving a grey Toyota Avalon.
