Dr. Ali Esmaeili, dean at South Texas College, argues for one airport to replace those in McAllen, Harlingen and Brownsville; he says it may offer flights to South America and could be built north of Santa Rosa (shared by Hidalgo and Cameron counties) with a high-speed rail link to Brownsville.
