- ➤ Giancarlo Coriabustos’ mother filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking over $1 million against intoxication manslaughter suspect Dionicio Luna Aguirre—who is charged after a May 17 crash that killed her 20-year-old son and another driver—and against two McAllen bars for allegedly over-serving him, while Aguirre remains in custody on a $600,000 bond.
