- ➤ Customers in Cameron and Hidalgo counties experienced power outages Wednesday afternoon, with American Electric Power reporting 176 outages in Cameron, 38 in Hidalgo, and 12 in Starr—Magic Valley Electric Coop reported 39 outages in Hidalgo and Brownsville police managed traffic at intersections near the four corners and along Hwy 48 and Minnesota Avenue.
