- ➤ A Starr County man and two Mexican nationals have been charged with smuggling 33 undocumented migrants from Mission to Hebbronville and will appear in court on Tuesday—federal prosecutors said the charges could lead to up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted. KRGV
