- ➤ Edinburg firefighters rescued a teen boy who fell into a septic tank — they cut through concrete and used rescue equipment to pull him out before taking him to a local hospital where his condition is stable. KRGV
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ A ribbon cutting was held on Friday for the new Guzman Head Start Academy in Donna located on South Salinas Boulevard near St. Joseph Catholic Church. The school has 16 classrooms (including a sensory room, computer lab, and library) with space for about 300 children and welcomes infants as young as six weeks while classes begin Monday. KRGV
