The Better Business Bureau is hosting a free shredding event this Saturday, Oct.
17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lone Star National Bank (520 E. Nolana Ave) to safely destroy documents and tech for identity protection.

Donna officials announced a $72-$80 million expansion of the Donna-Río Bravo International Bridge port of entry set to begin in late 2026 or early January 2027 and become fully operational by 2029; high-tech upgrades will enable full commercial freight processing with federal coordination (US Customs, TxDOT, and partners).
