McAllen has the cheapest gas of the major Texas metros AAA surveyed, at $3.29 a gallon

If you're filling up this weekend, you're in the right town. AAA Texas says drivers in the McAllen metro area pay the least of the major Texas metros it surveyed. El Paso pays the most at $4.03.
